WeClean Seattle is a network of independent commercial service companies coordinated by Bloompad.ai. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of wecleanseattle.com and our lead-matching service. By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.

The service

When you submit a request, we route it to the one vetted network member that handles the service you need. The scheduling, quoting, contracting, and the cleaning work itself are performed by that independent company and are solely between you and them. WeClean Seattle and Bloompad.ai are not a party to that service agreement and make no warranty regarding the work performed. There is no cost to you for being matched.

SMS / text-messaging terms

If you provide your mobile number and check the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from WeClean Seattle and the matched network partner related to your request — such as confirmations, scheduling, quotes, and follow-ups.

• Message frequency varies based on your request and conversation.
• Message and data rates may apply. Rates are charged by your mobile carrier.
• To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. For help, reply HELP or email hello@wecleanseattle.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site only for legitimate requests. The site, its content, and the WeClean Seattle name and marks may not be copied or used without permission.

Disclaimer & liability

The site and matching service are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeClean Seattle and Bloompad.ai are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or from services provided by an independent network partner.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
