About WeClean Seattle
A trusted network, not a middleman
A small, vetted group of independent commercial service companies across King County who send each other work and share one marketing engine.
Commercial buildings need a handful of specialists — janitorial, hood cleaning, window cleaning, and more — who rarely coordinate. WeClean Seattle ties them into one vetted network so an operator can make a single call and reach a pro who already works alongside the others. We capture your request, route it to the right specialist, and get out of the way. There’s never a referral fee, and you’re always free to choose your own provider.
How it’s structured
Simple rules that keep it honest
An organization, not a business
Nobody owns the others. WeClean is a networking and cross-promotion co-op of independent companies. Bloompad.ai is the shared engine that keeps it running — not the owner of its members.
One partner per specialty
Non-competing by design. Because no two members do the same thing, referrals only ever flow one direction — toward whoever owns that trade. Each partner gets every referral the network generates in their craft.
Vetted membership
New members are brought in deliberately, one at a time, to protect quality and keep the one-per-trade structure intact.
Leave anytime
Membership is voluntary. No lock-in, no long-term contract between members.
Who runs it
The shared CRM, the websites, and the paid social campaigns are managed by Bloompad.ai, the network’s marketing-technology company — part-owned by Emerald City Cleaning and run by its owners, Jonathan and Guacolda Zinsmeyer. Data flows to Bloompad, never peer-to-peer between members, so members cross-promote without ever handing information to a competitor.
